BBQ Beef Rib |
- 2 pounds thinly sliced boneless
rib meat (you can also use thinly sliced beef rib
eye or spencer )
- 1/4 finely chopped onion
(you can also use Asian pear)
- 1 whole garlic head minced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
|
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar,
sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, salt and
pepper in a bowl. Add rib meat and mix them well.
Transfer marinated beef and sauce into a sealable
plastic bag squeezing out any excess air from the
bag. Refrigerate marinated beef for 1 to 2 hours before
cooking. The longer you marinate the meat, it is tastier.
- Preheat BBQ grill or grill
pan over medium heat. Grill the beef, turning occasionally,
10 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve the
beef with Lentil rice and salad with Anne’s
oriental dressing.
